The Centre carries out transdisciplinary ecohydrological research on sustainable management, protection, and restoration of aquatic resources at the catchment scale. Research areas include: hydrology, hydrobiology, hydroacustics, environmental chemistry, landscape processes, soil ecology, phytotechnology, environmental toxicology and genetics, population studies, and mathematical modeling.
